About 2 weeks ago a brute force atack was repeled,

however,

Daily security is running slow

clamd has to be forcibly restarted

top is not running due to locale not being properly recognised

and gitup is laggish.


What should I be looking for?

What version of FreeBSD?

UFS or ZFS?

Hard disk drive, solid state or SSHD?

Is there now a lack of free space?
